This is the 3rd location that owner Jason Michaud has turned into a successful establishment. Formerly an old Chinese restaurant, Pieper Construction devised a full scale remodel. Renovations included woodwork on the ceiling, tiled restrooms, custom steel counter tops with clear resin, and new steel storefront. All piping was replaced and a 2,500 gallon grease interceptor (the size of a VW bus) was added to the parking lot. The outcome of the build is as good as the food they serve.
