This location was formerly the iconic “World Café” that enjoyed many years of success. After 20 years of operation the location was in dire need of a complete remodel. Pieper Construction provided the plans to basically build a new kitchen, restrooms, bar and eating areas and demolished the existing kitchen and restrooms, and replaced all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC units. With the help of the talented designer Leslie Nix, the design-build came out beautifully.
